My passion for holistic healthcare began at an early age without really knowing it. My parents initiated me very early to natural approaches: My father, landscaper, and gardener, is a passionate and expert in botany; adept at medicinal plants, I remember the Swedish Bitters - homemade! - that he gave us, my brother and me when we had a stomach ache.
And my mother, whom I often accompanied to her family doctor, also an acupuncturist and homeopath, introduced me to integrative medicine and many other holistic approaches at an early age. And she allowed me to discover my passion for essential oils and cooking, of course.
So I started the culinary arts high school in France at the age of 14. I wanted to become a chef! What I became 7 years later as a sous-chef in a french restaurant in Canada. I never stopped learning about cooking: vegetarian & vegan cuisine; Japanese; Italian; fermentation techniques; gluten-free...
After sixteen years in the food industry, the Epicurean in me decides to give to others differently: through well-being. Following health concerns, I meet a naturopath who finally makes me realize my true mission of life: helping people to feel better from the inside.
When I don’t work, I enjoy cooking with my family; reading in a quiet atmosphere next to the fireplace; running or biking on the trail; practicing yoga in the community; discovering my creativity through sewing, knitting, and gardening; recharge myself thanks to the earth, barefoot or during vipassana meditation.
