Gluten-free bread in grocery can be expensive and can contain unnecessary ingredients like sugar or hydrogenated vegetable oils.
It took me years to try my first gluten-free bread until I find the simplest one.
This bread is low carbs, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. It’s high in proteins and fibers and the seeds bring good fats. With all these good ingredients, this bread is very satisfying. Trick: I keep a container in the freezer with the egg whites from a recipe that needs only yolks.
